Koop een echte Jun-cultuur:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>            <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kefirshop.eu\/kombucha\/jun-scoby\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"btn-ferment btn-primary\" style=\"background-color: #33691e; border-color: #33691e;\"><br \/>\n                \ud83c\udf3f Koop hier uw Jun SCOBY<br \/>\n            <\/a>\n        <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Stap-voor-Stap Bereiding<\/h2>\n<h3>Stap 1: Groene Thee zetten<\/h3>\n<p>Kook 300ml water. Laat het even afkoelen tot <strong>80\u00b0C<\/strong> (kokend water maakt groene thee bitter). Laat de thee 3 minuten trekken en verwijder de blaadjes.<\/p>\n<h3>Stap 2: De Honing (CRUCIAAL!) \u26a0\ufe0f<\/h3>\n<p>Voeg de overige 700ml <strong>koud water<\/strong> toe aan de hete thee. Voel aan de pot.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert-box alert-yellow\">\n        <strong>Belangrijk:<\/strong> Is het water lauw (onder de 35\u00b0C)? Pas DAN mag de honing erbij.<br \/>\n        <br \/>Hitte boven de 40\u00b0C vernietigt de gezonde enzymen in rauwe honing en doodt de bacteri\u00ebn.\n    <\/div>\n<p>Roer de honing erdoor met een houten of plastic lepel (geen metaal) tot het is opgelost.<\/p>\n<h3>Stap 3: Fermenteren<\/h3>\n<p>Doe de <strong>Jun SCOBY<\/strong> en de startervloeistof erbij. Dek af met de doek. Zet de pot op een koele plek (keukenkastje is prima).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proef al na 3 dagen!<\/strong> Jun gaat razendsnel. Giet de rest in beugelflessen. Omdat honing veel gisten bevat, bouwt Jun enorm veel koolzuur op.<\/p>\n<p>Laat de flessen nog 1 of 2 dagen staan en zet ze dan koud. <strong>Pas op bij het openen<\/strong>, het is echte champagne!<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Veelgestelde Vragen over Jun<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>1. Kan ik een Kombucha SCOBY gebruiken?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"answer\">Nee. [cite_start]Je kunt Jun niet maken met behulp van een gewone kombucha SCOBY, omdat de culturen zich met verschillende suikers voeden[cite: 206]. Een gewone SCOBY zal langzaam verhongeren in honing.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>2.
