Een Fotoverslag.<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 1.2em; color: #555;\">\n        Twijfelt u of uw zwam wel groeit? Vergelijk uw brouwsel met onze tijdlijn.\n    <\/p>\n<div class=\"alert-box alert-green\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0;\">\n            <strong>Geduld is een schone zaak.<\/strong> In de eerste dagen lijkt er niets te gebeuren. Veel beginners gooien hun brouwsel dan weg. Zonde! In dit artikel laten we zien hoe een nieuwe dochterzwam zich langzaam vormt aan de oppervlakte.\n        <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Voor dit experiment hebben we een standaard pot van 1,5 liter gebruikt met zwarte thee en suiker. We hebben de pot elke 2 dagen gefotografeerd. De temperatuur was constant 21\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h2>De Start: Dag 1 t\/m 3<\/h2>\n<p>In de eerste dagen zijn de bacteri\u00ebn vooral bezig met acclimatiseren en het verzuren van de vloeistof. U ziet nog weinig fysieke groei.<\/p>\n<div style=\"display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; gap: 20px; margin-bottom: 40px;\">\n<div style=\"flex: 1; min-width: 250px; text-align: center;\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/komboecha.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/komboecha_dag01.jpg\" alt=\"Kombucha Dag 1\" style=\"width: 100%; border-radius: 8px; box-shadow: 0 2px 5px rgba(0,0,0,0.1);\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dag 1:<\/strong> Donkere, heldere thee. Soms ziet u kleine belletjes of een &#8220;olie-achtig&#8221; vliesje ontstaan. Dit is het begin van de baby-scoby!<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>De Vorming: Dag 5 t\/m 7<\/h2>\n<p>Nu begint de fermentatie echt op gang te komen. De gisten produceren koolzuur en de bacteri\u00ebn bouwen cellulose (de zwam).<\/p>\n<div style=\"display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; gap: 20px; margin-bottom: 40px;\">\n<div style=\"flex: 1; min-width: 250px; text-align: center;\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/komboecha.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/komboecha_dag05.jpg\" alt=\"Kombucha Dag 5\" style=\"width: 100%; border-radius: 8px; box-shadow: 0 2px 5px rgba(0,0,0,0.1);\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dag 5:<\/strong> Er vormt zich een dun, wit vlies over de hele oppervlakte. Dit is g\u00e9\u00e9n schimmel! De thee wordt lichter van kleur en ruikt al een beetje zuur.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>De Finish: Dag 9 t\/m 11<\/h2>\n<p>De zwam is nu stevig genoeg. De drank is getransformeerd van zoete thee naar kombucha.<\/p>\n<div style=\"display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; gap: 20px; margin-bottom: 40px;\">\n<div style=\"flex: 1; min-width: 250px; text-align: center;\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/komboecha.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/komboecha_dag09.jpg\" alt=\"Kombucha Dag 9\" style=\"width: 100%; border-radius: 8px; box-shadow: 0 2px 5px rgba(0,0,0,0.1);\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dag 9:<\/strong> Een mooie, egale cr\u00e8mekleurige laag. De zwam sluit de pot goed af. De drank eronder is friszuur en klaar om geoogst te worden.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Conclusie<\/h2>\n<p>Zoals u ziet, heeft een SCOBY tijd nodig. In de eerste 3 tot 4 dagen lijkt het alsof er niets gebeurt, maar onder water zijn de micro-organismen hard aan het werk.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert-box alert-yellow\">\n        <strong>Ziet het er bij u anders uit?<\/strong><br \/>\n        Geen zorgen. Soms groeit de zwam bobbelig, bruin of met gaten.
